Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a senior ML leader to guide a team building predictive models for high-volume manufacturing in the HIG HBM Product and System Engineering group.

The role focuses on mentoring engineers, delivering production-grade ML solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across product, design, test, yield, and fab operations to drive yield, quality, and cycle-time improvements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership with hands‑on ML or data science experience.
• Strong problem solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and mentor engineers.
• Experience deploying ML models in production.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop team members to foster growth within the organization.
• Lead a team of engineers, set technical direction, review modeling work and hire/onboard.
• Own design, training, validation, and productization of predictive models for yield/reliability.
• Build and operate deployment paths with real-time and batch inference, monitoring and retraining triggers.
• Develop and productionize ML and DL models for classification, regression, anomaly detection, and analysis support.
• Develop scalable data pipelines to ingest, clean, transform, and analyze large manufacturing/engineering datasets.
