Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a data science-focused engineer to join our AI-enabled yield and process optimization team.

You will collaborate with semiconductor manufacturing engineering to analyze data and drive continuous improvements across yields, margins, and quality. You will extract data from SQL databases, build models, and create dashboards using Dash/Plotly/Angular to communicate results to engineering stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/AI or related engineering field.
• At least half-a-year hands-on experience in data science or analytics.
• Willingness to learn semiconductor manufacturing principles and collaborate with engineers.
• Strong Python and SQL capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inline/param/probe data to identify yield detractors and drive improvements.
• Extract, cleanse, and analyze datasets from SQL databases and tool logs.
• Apply statistical modeling and ML to solve yield issues and defects.
• Assist in DOE experiments and analyze results for process capability.
• Develop automated dashboards to communicate findings to engineering teams.
