We are seeking heads of customer success to help train our language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks with flexible, remote engagement—5-20 hours per week, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning customer success or support operations for a B2B SaaS or services org.
• Ability to translate messy data into quarterly business review decks and escalation runbooks trusted by executives and customers.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship; strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer success or support operations with 4+ years experience.
• Create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop health-score dashboards, renewal risk scorecards, QBR decks, escalation runbooks, onboarding and adoption playbooks.
