Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a designer to lead user-centered design across platforms, translating customer and business needs into practical solutions.

You will collaborate with business and engineering teams to address challenges and create intuitive interfaces. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UX, interaction design, experience design, or design research.
• Strong portfolio linking design decisions to user experience.
• Proficiency in cross-platform design across mobile, desktop and conversational interfaces.
• Experience using generative and agentic AI in design processes.
• Ability to evaluate designs through research and testing and adapt post-launch.
• Excellent communication to convey design rationale to diverse audiences.
• Depth in information architecture, interaction design, usability testing.
• Finance-domain knowledge is advantageous.

• Design high-quality interfaces for mobile, desktop, and conversational experiences, ensuring a blend of visual craft and interaction design.
• Develop prototypes, conduct user testing, and refine designs based on feedback and empirical evidence.
• Enhance and evolve the design system, addressing inconsistencies and gaps.
• Integrate generative and agentic AI into the design process, including concept development and AI-assisted prototyping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring design integrity during implementation and post-launch performance monitoring.
• Promote design quality across the team through critique and sharing best practices.

Requirements:

• A relevant degree in Design, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and high-quality UI execution, illustrating the connection between design decisions and user experience.
• Proficiency in designing across various platforms, demonstrating an understanding of interaction design variations.
• Practical experience utilizing generative and agentic AI in design processes.
• Ability to evaluate designs through research and testing, adapting based on post-launch evidence.
• Effective communication skills to clearly convey design rationale to diverse audiences and influence stakeholders.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in UX, interaction design, experience design, or design research.
• Depth in areas such as information organization, interaction design, usability testing, and familiarity with financial services is advantageous.
