Job summary

elliott moss consulting pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead end-to-end digital product design, from user research through prototyping and delivery across web, mobile, and conversational interfaces.

You will partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to uncover requirements and craft scalable design solutions. The role requires strong UX expertise, information architecture, interaction design, and experience with AI-enabled design tools such as Figma Make or Lovable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in UX/UI or digital product design.
• Experience leading digital product design projects from discovery to final design handoff.
• Strong experience in UX design, user journeys, information architecture, interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design projects from discovery through design delivery and handoff.
• Translate business and user requirements into user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces.
• Design responsive web experiences for desktop and mobile, with some mobile app design.
• Design task-oriented conversational and AI-assisted user experiences.
• Ensure consistent journeys, rules, confirmations, and workflows across channels.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, and stakeholder workshops.
• Analyse findings and translate into practical design improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex operational requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Identify edge cases and usability issues and develop design solutions.
• Present design concepts and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead end-to-end digital product design, from user research and discovery through prototyping, testing, and final design delivery. The role involves designing logical, user-friendly experiences for complex, rule-driven digital products across web, mobile, and conversational interfaces.

The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify user needs, and develop scalable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX design projects from discovery and research through design delivery and handoff.
• Translate business and user requirements into user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.
• Design responsive web experiences for desktop and mobile, with some mobile application design.
• Design task-oriented conversational and AI-assisted user experiences.
• Ensure consistent user journeys, business rules, confirmations, and workflows across web, mobile, and conversational channels.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, and stakeholder workshops.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design.
• Proven experience leading digital product design projects from discovery to final design handoff.
• Strong experience in UX design, user journeys, information architecture, interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Experience designing complex, rule-driven, configurable, or workflow-based digital products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguous requirements and identify edge cases and failure states.
• Hands-on experience designing conversational or AI-assisted user experiences.
• Experience handling ambiguous user requests, confirmations, error recovery, and transitions between conversational and structured interfaces.
• Strong experience with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience with AI-enabled design tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to explain and present design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications for production environments.
• A portfolio demonstrating shipped digital products and relevant UX design projects is required.

Preferred / Additional Experience

• Experience designing conversational AI, virtual assistants, or AI-enabled digital products.
• Experience designing products or interfaces used by APIs, AI assistants, or other digital systems.
• Experience conducting usability testing and user research for complex digital services.
• Experience designing booking, scheduling, transaction, or other task-oriented workflows.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing relevant UX/product design work.
