TUNG LOK MILLENNIUM PTE LTD is seeking a capable kitchen professional to prepare and cook dishes per menu standards, while maintaining clean and hygienic work areas. You will ensure top quality, consistent presentation, and adherence to food safety regulations, while packing and organizing both cooked and uncooked food.

You will lead a team of cooks and trainees to execute daily operations. The role requires strong teamwork, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to quality.

Competenze

• Experience in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and kitchen equipment.
• Able to perform split shifts, work on weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare and cook dishes from menus according to the restaurant's standards.
• Ensure food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness & organization of the workstation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Packing and organising of cooked and uncooked food.
• Lead a team of cooks and trainees to execute day to day operations.
• Ensure adherence to portion control and minimize food waste.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.
