Job summary

FHN Engineering PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities in Singapore. You will ensure work aligns with approved drawings, budgets, timelines, and safety requirements while coordinating with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and site workers.

You will monitor progress, maintain site documentation, manage resources, and liaise with clients and authorities to secure approvals. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction site experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction practices and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and site workers to align project goals.
• Monitor work progress, manpower allocation and productivity to optimize site operations.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies on site.
• Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve quality or safety issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, work schedules and site documentation for project tracking.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and cost-effective completion.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities to facilitate project requirements and approvals.
• Oversee materials delivery and maintain proper site housekeeping to support efficient workflows.
