Job summary

FHN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a construction site supervisor to oversee daily activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, specs, safety rules, and schedules.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and on-site teams to achieve project goals while maintaining quality and cost control. Responsibilities include progress monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder liaison to facilitate approvals and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction site experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction practices and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and site workers to align project goals.
• Monitor progress, manpower, and productivity to optimize site operations.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies on site.
• Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve quality or safety issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, work schedules, and site documentation for project tracking.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and cost-effective completion.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to facilitate project requirements and approvals.
• Oversee materials delivery and maintain proper site housekeeping to support efficient workflows.
