Job summary

FHN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks an on-site Construction Supervisor to oversee daily activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, timetables, budgets, and safety standards.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and site workers to align goals and maintain quality across projects. You will monitor progress, manage resources, enforce WSH guidelines, and prepare comprehensive site reports and documentation for project tracking.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction site experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction practices and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and site workers to align project goals.
• Monitor work progress, manpower allocation, and productivity to optimize site operations.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies on site.
• Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve quality or safety issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, work schedules, and site documentation for project tracking.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and cost-effective completion.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to facilitate project requirements and approvals.
• Oversee materials delivery and maintain proper site housekeeping to support efficient workflows.
