Job summary

HG WORKS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex building projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and on‑time delivery.

You will coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams, develop and monitor schedules, review drawings for discrepancies, control costs, conduct site inspections, and prepare detailed progress reports for management and clients to maintain transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing construction projects, with preference for A&A and landed house projects
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office for project scheduling and documentation
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated by managing cross-functional teams and driving project success
• Proven problem-solving skills applied to site management and project challenges
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, local building regulations, contract administration, and safety standards
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades efficiently to meet project objectives

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, delivering results within budget, schedule, and quality standards
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder alignment
• Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules to mitigate risks and implement corrective actions proactively
• Ensure strict compliance with local building regulations, safety requirements, and obtain necessary authority approvals
• Review project drawings to identify discrepancies and provide practical, site-based solutions to maintain project integrity
• Conduct thorough site inspections to verify workmanship quality meets required standards and specifications
• Manage project costs by controlling variations and optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency
• Prepare detailed progress reports, documentation, and updates for management and clients to maintain transparency
• Lead problem-solving initiatives to resolve site challenges and unforeseen issues, ensuring project continuity
