Job summary

ATLANTIC ENGINEERS M&E PTE. LTD. seeks a qualified Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities on site, lead a team of workers and subcontractors, and ensure work follows drawings and schedules.

You will liaise with engineers and project managers, monitor materials and safety, maintain site records, and address issues to keep projects on track. Diploma in Civil/Construction and 5–10 years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction preferred.
• 5–10 years site experience on building construction.
• Experience as General Foreman, Construction Foreman, or Site Supervisor.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and quality standards.
• Willingness to work on construction sites and flexible working hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.
• Lead and manage construction workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure work is completed according to project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, contractors, and project managers.
• Monitor materials, tools, equipment, and manpower requirements.
• Inspect ongoing work and ensure proper construction methods are followed.
• Maintain daily site records and report progress, issues, and delays to management.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Resolve routine site problems and coordinate work between different trades.
