Job summary

SINGAPORE BUILDER'S M&E - LANDSCAPE & METAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at project sites in Singapore. You will ensure works align with drawings, specs, and schedules while coordinating with site engineers, contractors and suppliers.

The role requires 3+ years of site supervision experience, strong leadership and safety awareness. You will monitor progress, maintain records, and help resolve delays to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction site experience.
• Experience supervising construction works and site teams.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, methods and site procedures.
• Able to coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Good understanding of workplace safety and health requirements in Singapore.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Experience in M&E/electrical construction works will be an advantage.
• Relevant Singapore construction experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and work progress on site.
• Inspect completed and ongoing works to ensure required quality standards are maintained.
• Identify and report site issues, delays and defects and assist in resolving them.
• Ensure all workers follow workplace safety and health requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox meetings.
• Coordinate the delivery and proper use of construction materials and equipment.
• Monitor subcontractors' work and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain daily site records, progress reports and relevant documentation.
• Assist the Construction Manager and Project Manager in project coordination and planning.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and within the agreed schedule.
