Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman is seeking a Team Lead, Trade Operations to join the Commodities operations team for a reputable banking client. You will oversee trade capturing, lifecycle processing, reconciliation and exception resolution, partnering with global operations and developing new platforms for Commodities products.

You will be responsible for the team’s performance management, development opportunities, and maintaining strong controls standards for the bank.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in commodities operations.
• Prior team management experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trade capturing, lifecycle processing, reconciliation and exception resolution.
• Lead and develop the commodities operations team and set performance objectives.
• Maintain strong controls standards for the bank.
• Liaise with global operations teams and the front office.
