Job summary

A reputable banking client is seeking a Team Lead, Trade Operations to join the Commodities operations team.

As a Team Lead, Trade Operations covering commodities - you will oversee trade capturing, lifecycle processing, reconciliation and exception resolution for the branch, partnering with the global operations teams and developing new platforms for Commodities products. As a team lead, you will be responsible for the team’s performance management, team development opportunities and maintaining strong controls standards for the bank.

The successful candidate should possess at least 10-12 years relevant experience in commodities operations, candidates with prior team management experience will be highly considered. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills a pre-requisite as you will need to liaise with key business stakeholders including the front office team.
