Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman is seeking a Team Lead, Trade Operations to join the Commodities operations team for a reputable banking client. You will oversee trade capturing, lifecycle processing, reconciliation and exception resolution, partnering with global operations and developing new platforms for Commodities products.

You will be responsible for the team’s performance management, development opportunities, and maintaining strong controls standards for the bank.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in commodities operations.
• Prior team management experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

As a Team Lead, Trade Operations covering commodities you will oversee trade capturing, lifecycle processing, reconciliation and exception resolution for the branch, partnering with the global operations teams and developing new platforms for Commodities products. As a team lead you will be responsible for the team’s performance management, team development opportunities and maintaining strong controls standards for the bank.

The successful candidate should possess at least 10-12 years relevant experience in commodities operations, candidates with prior team management experience will be highly considered. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills a pre‑requisite as you will need to liaise with key business stakeholders including the front office team.
