Job summary

Rotary Engineering Private Limited invites applications for a Senior Commissioning Lead role to drive project commissioning in Singapore. You will establish the commissioning team and select a qualified subcontractor, then manage schedules, budgets, and productivity data, while coordinating with Client teams to resolve technical and commercial issues.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree and 5–8 years in Oil & Gas or related industries with at least 5 years in supervision,

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent.
• 5–8 years in Oil & Gas or related industries, with at least 5 years in supervision.
• Able to identify critical activities and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership to guide and drive commissioning teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up the Commissioning Team and engage a qualified subcontractor.
• Manage the commissioning schedule, costs and productivity data.
• Provide progress updates and resolve impediments.
• Coordinate with Client teams to address technical and commercial issues.
• Ensure safety, permit-to-work compliance and daily reporting.
• Prepare weekly/monthly management and client reports.
• Oversee budgeting and ensure expenses stay within plan.
