ENGINEERS 9000 PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Principal Engineer to lead civil and infrastructure design, ensure statutory compliance, manage projects, and mentor a multidisciplinary team while aligning with Singapore standards.

You will review calculations, coordinate stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across engineering processes and submissions to government authorities.

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; PE registration in Singapore preferred.
• Extensive experience in civil and structural design and project management.
• Familiar with Singapore engineering practices and statutory submissions.
• BIM knowledge/experience is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Independent, proactive, and able to lead teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage civil, structural, and related engineering design works.
• Review and coordinate engineering calculations, drawings, and design documentation.
• Oversee statutory submissions and ensure compliance with Singapore authority requirements.
• Manage project execution to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost control.
• Lead, mentor, and guide engineers and team members.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Participate in operational planning and management initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and standards.
