Job summary

Evergreen Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Project Manager to lead civil, structural and infrastructure projects from study and planning through commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control and quality. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage client communications.

The role requires strong leadership, design coordination, site supervision and proactive risk management to meet project targets and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Lead project stages across study, planning, design, tendering, construction inspection, administration and commissioning for civil/structural/infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate design calculations and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure documentation meets company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project stages including study, planning, designing, tendering, construction inspection, administration, and commissioning for civil, structural, and infrastructure projects such as pipelines, sewers, drainage, pumping stations, reservoirs, and roads
• Coordinate project activities and follow up to ensure completion on schedule and within budget, preventing cost overruns
• Prepare preliminary and detailed designs along with design calculations to meet project requirements
• Review and maintain project documentation to comply with company quality standards
• Communicate proactively with project teams and clients to provide clear updates, identify issues, and implement effective solutions
• Conduct site inspections to verify that site staff supervise work effectively and monitor progress accurately
• Participate actively in all project-related meetings to support project goals and stakeholder alignment
