TOP ONE SERVICE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead daily operations, monitor food costs and ensure quality. You will plan rosters, supervise purchasing and storage, and drive hygiene standards across the kitchen.

Responsibilities include menu development with the Executive Chef, staff coaching, and ensuring certification compliance. The role requires weekend work and 4–5 years of relevant experience in a bustling food service setting.

Qualifications

Proven leadership and management experience in a kitchen or food service.
Strong skills in menu planning and food preparation.
Hands-on leader who can coach staff by example.
Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
4–5 years in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Control and monitor food cost to maximize outlet profit and guest satisfaction.
Ensure staff food quality meets required standards and adjust as needed.
Monitor food quality and ingredient usage for cost efficiency.
Assist in daily purchasing, receiving, and supplier quality control.
Follow Food & Hygiene safety policies and proper storage methods.
Plan monthly kitchen rosters for smooth operations and high productivity.
Create menu items and seasonal/daily specials with the Executive Chef.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and high hygiene standards.
Oversee training and certify staff in their positions before taking charge.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching to meet restaurant standards.
Attend monthly management meetings and communicate feedback to improve staff satisfaction.
