Job summary

DBS Bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for Financial Markets to lead end-to-end analysis and functional delivery of enterprise initiatives, including trade capture, pricing, valuation, and regulatory reporting. You will collaborate with Front Office, Back Office, Finance, Risk, Operations and Technology to translate complex requirements into workable designs.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, deep knowledge of treasury products, and hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline.
• Proven ownership of complex, enterprise-scale initiatives from discovery to post-production stabilisation.
• Experience across multiple asset classes with focus on fixed income, derivatives, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis and functional delivery of complex Financial Markets initiatives spanning trade capture, pricing and valuation, market data, risk, settlement, accounting and regulatory reporting.
• Lead requirements workshops with senior stakeholders across Front Office, Back Office, Finance, Risk, Operations, Quantitative Analytics and Technology.
• Translate complex product requirements into detailed functional specifications and data rules for Technology teams.
