Job summary

KEONG SAIK BAKERY PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated bakery associate to assist in daily bread baking and production, including viennoiserie lamination, cutting and shaping, and preparing croissants and sandwiches.

You will contribute to R&D for new and seasonal products, prepare fillings such as cream cheese and almond frangipane, bake cookies, and maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, storeroom, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery production preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily bread baking and production.
• R&D for new and seasonal products.
• Viennoiserie lamination, cutting and shaping.
• Prepare twice baked croissants and sandwiches.
• Cook ganache, boil potatoes, etc.
• Prepare fillings such as cream cheese filling, almond frangipane.
• Bake cookies such as almond florentine, milo cornflakes.
• Maintain storeroom organization and inventory level.
• Quality control must be maintained.
