Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks a Backend Engineer – Lead to mentor the team, steer technical decisions, and uphold code quality across platforms.

The role centers on designing, building and deploying applications using low code/no code platforms such as OutSystems, and developing automated workflows, forms, and integrations to streamline business processes. Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and SQL is expected; hands-on configuration of low-code product features

Qualifications

• Leadership and mentoring of engineers
• Experience with code reviews and delivering end-to-end solutions
• Proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms, especially OutSystems
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and SQL databases
• Hands-on configuration of low-code product features such as rules engine, workflows, validations and layouts

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers, conducting code reviews.
• Design, build and deploy apps using OutSystems.
• Develop automated workflows, forms and integrations.
• Maintain documentation including user guides and technical specs.
• Drive architecture decisions and governance alignment.
