Job summary

KOPI RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Backend Engineer – Lead to guide a team of engineers, provide technical direction, and drive delivery of digital products.

You will design, build, and deploy applications using OutSystems, develop automated workflows, maintain comprehensive documentation, and ensure architecture decisions meet CAMP governance standards. The role also requires hands-on work with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), SQL databases, and optional AI/ML integration to elevate

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ability to lead a team of engineers and deliver digital products end-to-end.
• Experience guiding architecture decisions and code quality improvements in platform projects.
• Proficiency with OutSystems and low-code/no-code platforms, with relevant certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews.
• Design, build, and deploy applications using low code/no code platforms such as OutSystems
• Develop automated workflows, forms, and integrations to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications, including user guides, technical specifications, and support materials
• Drive day-to-day technical decision-making on system architecture, code quality, and platform implementation, in alignment with governance standards and CAMP architecture
• Demonstrated experience leading a team of engineers in delivering end-to-end digital products
• Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup and managing low-code product features including rules engine, workflow, process logic, data validations, screen flows, and page layouts
• Experience integrating applications with AI or machine learning services is a plus for resources assigned to develop and integrate AI-enabled capabilities

Additional responsibilities:

Additional experiences:

Demonstrated experience leading a team of engineers in delivering end-to-

end digital products

Proficiency in low code/no code platforms such as OutSystems, with relevant certifications being a plus

Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database systems (SQL)

Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup and managing low-
