Job summary
ASCENDION ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced OutSystems Lead to drive design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade low-code applications on the OutSystems platform.
You will lead end-to-end development, mentor teams, and ensure governance and performance standards. Applicants should have 7+ years in software development with at least 4+ years on OutSystems, plus strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with business and technology
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of software development experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on OutSystems development.
- Proven experience leading OutSystems development teams and enterprise-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of OutSystems 11 architecture and platform capabilities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of OutSystems applications, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using OutSystems best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and project teams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and governance.
- Manage application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and functional specifications.
- Design integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
- Drive technical discussions with stakeholders and provide solution recommendations.
- Estimate project effort, manage technical risks, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Work closely with business users, product owners, architects, and project managers.
