Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks a Backend Engineer – Lead to mentor the team, steer technical decisions, and uphold code quality across platforms.

The role centers on designing, building and deploying applications using low code/no code platforms such as OutSystems, and developing automated workflows, forms, and integrations to streamline business processes. Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and SQL is expected; hands-on configuration of low-code product features

Role: Backend Engineer – Lead

JD:
Additional responsibilities:

Lead and mentor engineers, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews

Design, build, and deploy applications using low code/no code platforms such as OutSystems

Develop automated workflows, forms, and integrations to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency

Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications, including user guides, technical specifications, and support materials

Drive day-to-day technical decision-making on system architecture, code quality, and platform implementation, in alignment with the Customer & platform governance standards and CAMP architecture

Additional experiences:

Demonstrated experience leading a team of engineers in delivering end-to-end digital products

Proficiency in low code/no code platforms such as OutSystems, with relevant certifications being a plus

Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database systems (SQL)

Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup and managing low-

code product features, including rules engine, workflow, process logic, data validations, screen flows, and page layouts

Experience integrating applications with AI or machine learning services is a plus for resources assigned to develop and integrate AI-enabled capabilities
