Job summary

Global Lingo is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with strong client-facing skills to manage localization projects for global clients in the APAC region.

You will coordinate internal teams and external resources, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget while maintaining high client satisfaction. The role requires 3+ years of PM experience in a language service provider and Fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in a Language Service Provider.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to manage multiple high-profile client projects simultaneously.
• Strong focus on delivering on time, within scope and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of localization projects for global clients.
• Act as main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery with internal teams and external resources.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and high-level clients.
• Identify and mitigate project issues and risks.
• Collaborate with Resourcing and Quality Assurance on recruitment and onboarding.
