Job summary

1s staffing services is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee regional IT initiatives from ideation to closure. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and quality standards.

The role requires strong English communication, experience with IT/digital implementations, and the ability to operate in a multinational, matrix organization with offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience leading IT/digital implementations and programs.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and offshore teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in multinational, multicultural environments and matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects end-to-end from ideation to closure within scope, time, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across regions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; escalate with mitigations.
• Align execution with PMO governance and core templates.
• Monitor budgets, deliverables and project scope.
• Organize and chair project meetings; manage escalations.
