Job summary

Infinite Lambda is seeking a Project Manager to lead large, complex client projects in APAC, focusing on delivery excellence and measurable business impact. You will own the full project lifecycle, partner with Account Managers, and drive continuous improvement across delivery streams.

You will coordinate stakeholders, tailor approaches to client needs, and guide teams through scope, timelines, and quality governance while maintaining a collaborative, high-accountability culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex client projects.
• Consulting background.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery.
• Experience with data warehouse migration or AI projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of client projects using Agile or Waterfall.
• Develop and maintain scope and timelines, protecting against scope creep.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements into clear specs and user stories.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews to elicit needs and pain points.
• Develop and execute test strategies including UAT coordination.
• Conduct data analysis to validate requirements and inform design.
• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams.
• Create RAID logs, RACI matrices, and project documentation.
• Identify risks and remove roadblocks to maintain momentum.
• Track progress and communicate updates via reports and reviews.
• Deliver clear client updates and manage executive-level communication.
• Coach delivery teams and promote best practices.
