Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product Engineering ML/AI specialist to build predictive models for yield, test time, and reliability, plus scalable ML workflows for large semiconductor datasets.

You will mentor Citizen Data Scientists, design intelligent agents integrated with JIRA/Confluence/SharePoint, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate automation, improve quality, and shorten cycle times across manufacturing and engineering workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/EEE/Data Science with 5+ years in ML/AI.
• PhD with 3+ years practical app experience is acceptable.
• Experience in ML for structured data and unstructured data is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models for yield, test time, and reliability.
• Build ML workflows for large semiconductor datasets and validate them.
• Create intelligent agents to automate engineering tasks and integrate with enterprise tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data access, cleaning, and structuring.
• Mentor Citizen Data Scientists; develop training paths and guidelines.
• Contribute to papers, patents, and internal AI guidelines.
