Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a STEM degree, 3+ years in AI project delivery, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in delivering AI/data science projects.
Proven track record managing full AI/DS lifecycles from ideation to production handover.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum; adapt them for AI/ML delivery.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) and AI infra.
Proactive, accountable with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Data Science and AI projects with full ownership of scope and delivery.
Collaborate with Technical Leads, Data Scientists, and Engineers to ensure feasibility.
Translate business goals into precise project plans, milestones, and success criteria.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with formal governance and sign-offs.
Present findings and outcomes to non-technical stakeholders in business terms.
Coordinate handover to BAU/support after release and ensure long-term sustainability.
