• Strong programming ability in Python and experience with APIs, databases, and backend development

• Understanding of production deployment, monitoring, security, and data-protection practices
• Confident, communicative, and able to work across departments
• Willingness to learn and rebuild solutions when needed

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of AI agents across the company
• Design, configure, and deploy AI agents to serve as virtual staff for departments
• Manage AI workforce: measure performance, fine-tune, and retire underperforming agents
• Ensure AI solutions comply with governance, security, and data protection requirements
• Deploy AI workflows and integrations with company systems and tools
• Test agents before deployment and continuously improve prompts, data sources, and workflows
• Communicate with management and stakeholders about AI initiatives and results
