Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior engineer to lead the architectural design and development of enterprise AI Agent systems.

You will drive end-to-end performance optimization, implement RAG and tool calling, and foster multi-agent collaboration for complex business scenarios. You will package standardized AI components, explore emerging Agent technologies, and push forward context engineering, high-performance execution, and self-evolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields with 3+ years of engineering experience in Python/TypeScript/Java/C/C++.
• Expertise in enterprise-level Agentic AI projects and knowledge of Agent technologies like Agent Harness and Agent Loop.
• Experience with open-source contributions or active participation in open-source communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and end-to-end performance optimization of enterprise AI Agent systems.
• Implement modules such as RAG, tool calling, and multi-agent collaboration for complex scenarios.
• Package standardized AI components to accelerate product iterations.
• Proactively explore emerging Agent technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Drive context engineering, high-performance execution, optimization, and self-evolution.
• Build benchmark Agents to measure and guide improvements.
