Qualifications

• Strong foundation in semiconductor device physics and process integration.

• Proven ability in experiment design and data analysis.
• Ability to work across cross-functional R&D teams.
• Exposure to AI/ML techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive 3D NAND integration and technology roadmap, leading pathfinding and architecture enablement.
• Lead end-to-end development from conception to validation, including learning vehicles and debugging.
• Solve complex integration challenges using data-driven and AI-assisted approaches.
• Define and optimize module and process architecture to meet product requirements.
• Collaborate across Device, Probe, Test, Design, and Operations to improve performance and yields.
• Foster technical innovation through process improvements, patents, and publications.
