The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in law, is called to the Bar in Singapore, and has experience in conveyancing. This role requires managing the conveyancing process and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in law from a university recognized by SILE.
• Called to the Bar and qualified as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
• Prior experience as a Conveyancing Lawyer is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on property transactions and keep clients informed.
• Draft, prepare, and review contracts related to property deals.
• Conduct title searches, assess legal risks, and advise on compliance.
• Manage the full conveyancing process and coordinate with relevant parties.
• Negotiate terms and resolve disputes to safeguard clients' interests.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance.
• Stay updated on property laws and engage in continuous learning.
