Job summary

CANWORKONE.SG EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. invites freshly called lawyers to join our established law firm in Singapore, focusing on conveyancing and property law.

You will work under experienced practitioners, handling residential, commercial, and industrial matters and developing practical legal skills. You will draft, review and prepare documents, perform legal searches and due diligence, and coordinate with clients, banks and authorities.

Qualifications

• Called to the Singapore Bar and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor.
• Freshly called lawyers or 0–2 years' PQE are welcome to apply.
• Conveyancing interest and basic drafting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and prepare conveyancing documents for residential, commercial, and industrial matters.
• Conduct legal searches, due diligence, and file completion.
• Liaise with clients, banks, developers, agents and authorities; manage files from start to finish.
• Work closely with senior lawyers to learn practical conveyancing skills.
