Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd, located in Chinatown, Singapore, seeks a Singapore-qualified lawyer to join our property practice. The role focuses on drafting and reviewing legal documents for property transactions, including sale and purchase agreements and loan agreements, while advising clients on legal, financial, and contractual aspects of buying and selling property.

Job description

• Salary: $60-000

• Working Hour: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)

• Location: Chinatown (Walking distance from MRT)

Job Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documentation for property transactions, including sale and purchase agreements as well as loan agreements.

• Advise clients comprehensively on the buying and selling of property, covering legal, financial, and contractual aspects.

• Handle negotiations with opposing counsel on matters relating to the Option to Purchase (OTP), while guiding clients through the conveyancing process and outlining their rights and responsibilities.

• Coordinate with key parties involved in the transaction, such as real estate agents, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• 0 to 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

• No experience in required.

• Experienced candidates will be considered for senior positions.

• Singapore Qualified Lawyer.
