Qualifications

• Holds a recognised Law degree and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
• Has experience handling Singapore conveyancing and property transactions.
• Comfortable managing files independently from initial instruction through to completion.
• Experience advising on residential property transactions, including purchases, sales and financing.
• Familiar with conveyancing documentation, regulatory requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Acting on purchases and sales of residential properties.
• Advising on private property and HDB transactions where applicable.
• Handling mortgage, refinancing and redemption matters.
• Reviewing and preparing conveyancing documentation.
• Conducting relevant searches and due diligence.
• Advising clients throughout the transaction and ensuring key deadlines are met.
• Liaising with banks, agents and counterpart solicitors.
• Managing own matters with autonomy, supported by a dedicated paralegal.

Are you an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer looking for greater autonomy, flexibility and strong support?

Astris Search Group is working with an established Singapore law firm seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer to join its growing practice.

This role offers up to 4 days working from home per week, alongside dedicated paralegal support, giving you the infrastructure and flexibility to focus on your matters and clients.

Who You Are

• Hold a recognised Law degree and are admitted to the Singapore Bar.
• Have relevant experience handling Singapore conveyancing and property transactions.
• Comfortable managing files independently from initial instruction through to completion.
• Experience advising on residential property transactions, including purchases, sales and financing matters.
• Familiar with the documentation, regulatory requirements and timelines involved in Singapore conveyancing matters.
• Able to liaise confidently with clients, banks, counterpart solicitors, property agents and other relevant stakeholders.
• Strong drafting, communication and client-management skills.
• Organised and comfortable managing multiple transactions and completion deadlines simultaneously.
• Commercially minded, detail-oriented and committed to delivering a high standard of client service.

The Role

You will work across a range of conveyancing and property matters, which may include:
