Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a qualified lawyer to draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, tenders and other legal documents while advising stakeholders on regulatory and commercial risks.

The role requires admission to the Singapore Bar, a law degree, 5–7 years PQE, and strong contract drafting and dispute management skills. The position is a 1-year contract with full benefits and a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Law （LLB/JD) from a recognised university
• Admission to the Singapore Bar is essential
• 5–7 years’ post-qualification experience in private practice and/or as in-house counsel
• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience
• Experience managing disputes and litigation-related matters
• Sound knowledge of Singapore law
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills
• Independent, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• 1 year contract with full benefits
• Able to commence work in Mid-Nov
