Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in a commercial or hotel laundry facility.
• At least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a tertiary degree in hospitality, tourism or business management is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, safety, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift schedules across washing, drying, ironing and folding stations.
• Prioritise workflow to ensure timely deliveries (guest garments, fast-turnaround linen).
• Monitor equipment setup and operation of industrial washing machines, dryers and presses.
• Track linen inventory and participate in monthly stock counts.
• Lead staff training, enforce PPE use, and conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
• Resolve bottlenecks and guest or customer complaints while maintaining quality standards.
