Job summary

INTERNATIONAL FUTURE FUELS WEEK PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sponsorship & Exhibition Sales Manager to lead the revenue-generation efforts for IFFW 2027.

You will prospect, propose, contract, secure payments and manage client servicing throughout the event lifecycle, building the sponsor and exhibitor base from the ground up for this inaugural edition. You will engage senior decision-makers, tailor bundles of sponsorship, branding, and exhibition space, and coordinate with marketing,

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in sponsorship, exhibition or conference sales.
• Proven track record closing high-value sponsorship deals with senior buyers.
• Experience managing full sales cycle from lead generation to contract and payment.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple accounts with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and approach prospective sponsors and exhibitors across fuels, energy, aviation, maritime and transport sectors.
• Sell sponsorship packages and exhibition space with guidance from rate card and client objectives.
• Follow up leads from marketing campaigns by phone and email and convert to opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and contracts and ensure timely signature and payment.
• Manage on-site sponsorship delivery, build relationships, and run rebooking campaigns for future editions.
• Support the Executive Director on strategic accounts and ad hoc commercial projects.
