You will handle optical fibers, perform splicing, routing, pig-tailing, and operate laser diodes with precision alignment and testing.

You will assemble optical, mechanical, and electrical subsystems into systems, align them with high-precision instruments, and troubleshoot issues across fiber-based assemblies and laser

• Perform fiber based assembly and optical alignment to specification
• Incorporate optical, mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies into systems unit with test
• Install and align optical, mechanical and optical sub-assemblies into systems using precision instruments
• Technical competence in optical, mechanical or electrical assembly
• Ability to assemble mechanical, electrical and optical subsystems
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues
