GWS Living Art Pte Ltd is seeking an organised Operations Administrator (Maintenance) in Singapore. You will coordinate maintenance works, assign teams, and ensure timely completion of contracts while maintaining strong customer relations.

Key duties include handling enquiries, preparing reports and PTW permits, and drafting quotations for renewals. The role requires at least 1 year in landscaping, a diploma or higher in business administration, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of landscaping experience.
• Able to arrange and schedule maintenance works.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Organised, independent and able to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule maintenance works for ongoing contracts.
• Assign workers to jobs and sites.
• Follow up on work progress.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare maintenance reports and permits to work (PTW).
• Prepare quotations for maintenance contract renewals.
