Job summary

SIN POH MACHINERY AND CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Surveyor with 5-8 years in earthworks and civil engineering to join our site team in Singapore.

You will perform setting-out, level surveys, and as-built surveys, and be adept at reading construction drawings. The role requires proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD, strong earthwork quantity estimation skills, and the ability to operate Total Station, Auto Level and GPS equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of surveying experience.
• Experience in earthworks and civil engineering projects.
• Good knowledge of earthwork quantity calculation, including cut and fill volumes.
• Able to operate Total Station, Auto Level and GPS equipment.
• Able to read construction drawings and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site setting-out, level surveys and as-built surveys.
• Calculate excavation, backfilling and cut-and-fill quantities using Civil 3D.
• Prepare earthwork volume calculations and survey reports.
• Assist QS team with quantity take off, measurement and progress claims.
• Support tender preparation, including earthwork quantity estimation and cost evaluation.
• Coordinate with project engineers and site teams.
• Verify actual site levels against design drawings.
