Job summary

WITFLUX ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to ensure precise land measurements and site layouts for building projects.

You will conduct land, topographical, and as-built surveys and perform site setting-out in line with engineering drawings. Use Total Station, GPS and levels to collect field data, then prepare survey reports and drawings. The role requires collaboration with project managers and site teams, strict regulatory compliance, and willingness to work night

Qualifications

• A degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or related field with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

The Land Surveyor is responsible in ensuring accurate land measurements and site layout for building projects undertaken by the Company.

• Perform site setting-out and verification in accordance with engineering drawings.
• Use surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Levels) to gather field data.
• Prepare survey reports, drawings, and maintain proper documentation.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory and safety standards.

The Requirements

• Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or related field with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Proficient in surveying software and equipment (e.g., Leica, Trimble, AutoCAD).
• Registered Surveyor under SISV will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work night shifts will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Must have experience with BTO and gov sector
