Job summary

RMR International Private Limited in Singapore seeks a qualified surveying professional to study architectural drawings, gather survey data from authorities, and update drawings for site instructions (M&E, ARCHI, STRUCTURE).

You will coordinate daily progress with site surveyors, prepare as-built plans for TOP clearance, and collaborate with registered surveyors, consultants and architects to resolve drawing discrepancies while maintaining QA/QC standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in surveying or related qualifications.
• Minimum of 5 years’ construction survey experience.
• Understanding of survey equipment hardware and software.
• Knowledge of machine control functions and settings.
• Understanding of accuracy, tolerances, QA/QC and essential documentation.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and levels.
• Adaptive, effective communication and active listening skills.
