• Champion land optimisation initiatives to ensure limited land resources are used optimally.
• Formulate and conduct regular review of land use policies & guidelines to meet changing economic and business needs.
• Liaise with government agencies on land planning & management matters pertaining to JTC's estates.
• Work closely with diverse JTC teams to support creating and implementing frontier projects for JTC to meet manufacturing needs.
