Job summary

Singapore Land Authority (SLA) is seeking an Assistant Manager, LTR to process and register legal documents for land transactions and maintain accuracy of the Land Register System.

The role requires a background in law or legal studies, with 1–4 years' conveyancing experience, and includes liaison with multiple government agencies. Training is provided, and the candidate should be meticulous and able to handle pressure.

Qualifications

• Background in Law or Legal studies or 1–4 years' conveyancing secretary experience in a law firm.
• Good knowledge of land and conveyancing law practice and relevant legislations.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process and register legal documents for all land transactions within service standards and ensure Land Register System accuracy.
• Assist members of the public and solicitors in the conveyancing process.
• Liaise with ministries and agencies on land registration matters (e.g., CPF Board, URA, LTA, JTC, HDB).
