Public Service Division seeks an Assistant Manager, LTR to process and register legal documents related to land transactions while maintaining accuracy of the Land Register System. You will assist the public and solicitors in the conveyancing process and coordinate with other ministries on land registration matters.
The role requires a background in law or legal studies, and 1–4 years of conveyancing secretarial experience.

Process and register legal documents for all land transactions involving private, public, commercial and industrial properties within service standards; as well as ensure the accuracy and reliability of the Land Register System
Assist members of the public as well as solicitors involved in the conveyancing process
Liaise with other ministries and agencies e.g. CPF Board, URA, LTA, JTC and HDB on land registration matters
Background in Law or Legal studies, or at least 1 to 4 years’ experience as a conveyancing secretary in a law firm
Good knowledge of land and conveyancing law practice and the relevant legislations, Land Titles Act, Land Titles (Strata) Act, Residential Property Act and other laws in areas such as bankruptcy, corporate, and trusts and succession
On-the-job training provided
Meticulous, able to work under pressure and keen to learn
