Job summary

Singapore Land Authority (SLA) is seeking a Senior Executive in Land Management & Operation to join the Tenancy, Licence and Land Management Division in Singapore. You will help manage SLA land, oversee TOL administration, and liaise with licensees and government agencies to ensure proper land use and compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Collaborative team player with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with data processing.
• Tech-savvy with ability to leverage AI tools to improve work processes.
• Open to continuous learning and able to contribute creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
• Background in Facilities, Estates or Environmental Management is advantageous but not required.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant work experience in TOL administration are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Address public feedback on land management and maintenance matters.
• Consult with Government agencies on proposals to use SLA land.
• Process issuance of Temporary Occupation Licences (TOLs).
• Liaise with Licensees to ensure TOL terms are followed.
• Plan and conduct site inspections to prevent unauthorised land use.
• Coordinate with Government agencies, contractors and service providers to resolve municipal issues.
• Administer land and maintenance policies and TOL-related financial transactions.
• Verify land ownership and update land data records.
• Contribute ideas to improve work processes through creative thinking.
