Job summary

NTU's School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to provide teaching technical excellence across teaching laboratories. The role involves administrative and technical support for lab users, procurement for teaching labs, asset management, and assisting in laboratory teaching classes.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, at least 3 years in an educational setting, strong communication, and IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an educational institution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Meticulous and organized, with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and technical support for all laboratory users.
• Manage Procurement for teaching labs.
• Asset management and maintaining proper records for inventory auditing.
• Support all assigned laboratory teaching classes.
• Familiar with Python and Linux is a plus.
• Experience in risk management, workplace safety and health (ISO 45001) is a plus.
• Assist the Safety Committee on laboratory safety matters.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the school.
